Rhodes Homes' X-it is a development of 178-unit gated, three-story condominiums which offer townhome-style living in the southwestern part of the valley, according to Nick Brunson, a sales agent for Rhodes Homes.
"We have almost completely sold out the first phase and have three plans left, out of the initial 28 that were released," Brunson said.

The condominiums are painted with a unique color palette that utilizes seven variations of lime green, steel blue, grey and brown. This color scheme, along with the interior features, sets X-it apart from other condominium complexes around the valley, Brunson said.
"Reception to this community has been overwhelmingly positive. Buyers are excited to see homes that aren't the typical brown or pink stucco seen all around the valley," Brunson said.
"The fact that both the interior and exterior of these three-story homes reflect a modern and contemporary look has been a huge draw for many people."
The three-story homes at X-it range from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet. Each of the condominiums comes standard with an attached, two-car garage, first-floor courtyard and a second-floor terrace. The builder is offering buyers a choice of three distinctive floor plans.
"The one home remaining in the first phase is the 1690. 1690 has dual master suites and den, the home is perfect for buyers looking for a home to share with a roommate or who are buying with a family member," said Brunson.
Plan A is a 1,663-square-foot plan that offers buyers one bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, hobby room, great room and loft. A second bedroom is also an option in this plan.
Plan B is a 1,690-square-foot plan with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room and a den.
Plan C is a 1,759-square-foot plan offering two bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, great room and a bonus room.
Prices for the plans start in the high $200,000s.
X-it condos come standard with granite countertops, a kitchen pantry, Moen faucets, and Shaker-style cabinetry. Also included, are raised-panel interior doors with chrome handles and surround-sound prewiring in the great room.
The units exceed Energy Star ratings because the builder uses blown-in cellulose insulation, low-e windows, programmable thermostats and 40-gallon gas water heaters.
Rhodes Homes also has built a workout facility and club house for the residents of condominium complex.
The 2,400-square-foot building will offer residents a multi-purpose recreation room, exercise room, full kitchen, and a lounge/media area.
The contemporary building will also provide access for the residents to the pool, spa and deck area.
