Richmond to hold free buyers seminar

Home builder to hold event in Gallery today

Las Vegas home buyers are invited to stop by Richmond American's Home Gallery today for Homebuilding From the Ground Up, a complimentary seminar that provides an informative overview of the home-buying and building process.

Food and refreshments will be served at 10:30 a.m., and the presentation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon.

At the end of the event, one attendee will be selected at random to win a 32-inch LCD television.

"Our previous Home Gallery events have generated such strong interest, we're excited to be holding another one. This seminar is a great resource for first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, or anyone who's wondering what's involved in building a new home. We'll cover a wide variety of topics, so whether you have questions about finding a home, the construction process, financing options or design upgrades, you can get the details you need to make an informed decision," said new home manager Susan Lee.

A team of professionals will be at the Home Gallery to provide information and assistance before, during and after the seminar. New home specialists can help visitors explore locations, floor plans and homes available throughout Las Vegas.

Representatives from Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp., will answer questions about financing options, and professional design consultants will offer advice on coordinating the finishing touches.

"Having this seminar at the Home Gallery is really helpful because we have so many resources right at hand. In addition to a team of professionals, we have six model kitchens you can walk through, color studios that display coordinating finishes, interactive kiosks with floor plans and virtual model tours, and informative videos on different areas of town," said Home Gallery manager Russica Murphy.

To attend Homebuilding From the Ground Up, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit. Go west on Blue Diamond, north on South Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road. Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery. The Home Gallery is located at 7770 S. Dean Martin Drive, Suite 10.

This seminar is one of several events Richmond American plans to hold at the Home Gallery. Future events may include culinary demonstrations with celebrity chefs, as well as design seminars with advice from professional Design Consultants.
