Richmond American Homes announces weekend value event

Richmond American's new 10 Days, 10 Ways event begins this weekend at communities throughout Las Vegas. For 10 days, buyers can personalize their new home by selecting up to 10 package options at no additional cost. The offer ends April 1, 2007.

Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas North Division, said, "We have a variety of packages available, so you can pick and choose the combination that fits your lifestyle."

The event offers a deluxe kitchen package, with granite countertops and upgraded cabinets, and/or a stainless steel package with refrigerator, range, microwave, sink and dishwasher. A move-in ready package includes window coverings, upgraded interior paint and garage door opener."

Other packages include an upgraded landscaping package with rearyard landscaping and patio, and a technology package with central vacuum and security system.
