Pardee Homes will open its Tremezzo at Lake Las Vegas March 31. The exclusive collection of homes are located on a northern hilltop just a short distance from the heart of the resort community.
"Pardee now offers two Italian-inspired neighborhoods of luxury homes -- one on a golf course and one on a hilltop," said Pardee's Vice President of Architecture Loren Smets. "These impressive homes are set amidst the beauty of Tuscan-style landscaping."

Overlooking the upscale lakeside community with some views reaching as far as Lake Mead, Pardee's new gated neighborhood features homes ranging from 3,176 to 4,316 square feet. Three plans offer three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages. Pricing is anticipated to start from the low $1 million range, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.
With Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop designs, one- and two-story homes include features such as expansive interior courtyards for outdoor entertaining.
Pardee's Bella Fiore gated neighborhood is located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance. Prices range from about $767,950 to $885,950.
Five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community with Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences, ranging in size from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and featuring amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces,.
Pardee is offering country club memberships to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore, according to Southern Nevada Division President Klif Andrews.
Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, silver memberships include access to fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls.
To visit Pardee's Lake Las Vegas neighborhoods, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore and Tremezzo.
