Toll Brothers has opened its new sales office in Solista, the first of seven villages within the southern Las Vegas master-planned community, Inspirada.
Toll Brothers is offering 20 floor plans within five collections. Models are scheduled to open this summer.

Home design highlights include foyer at the entries, open-kitchen layouts, private master suites and master baths, family and media rooms and dining areas.
In the style of hometown America, a selection of floor plans include front porch design and entry courtyards.
With garage areas situated at the rear of each home, the builder's Balboa Collection brings an open streetscape design to the master plan. The home collection also is featured within the neighborhoods of Traccia in Summerlin, Mirasol at Mountain's Edge and Franklin Park at Providence.
The builder has created two new collections of single-family homes -- the Barcelona and the Coronado -- in addition to the Casa Citta townhomes and the Castellos condominium mansions, all within Inspirada.
Front porches, courtyards and balconies create outdoor areas in the two-story, three- and four-bedroom Barcelona Collection. Ranging from 3,000 to nearly 4,000 square feet and priced from the mid-$600,000s, there are six floor plans -- the Valentia, Valentino, Taranto, Tarantino, Ferrara and Ferrarino.
The single-family Coronado Collection offers foyer areas and lofts that open to family rooms below. Ranging from 2,320 to 2,643 square feet and priced from upper $400,000s, the Alessandria, Donado and Mellini two-story floor plans include three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths, great-room layout, covered patios and two-car garages.
The Casa Citta Collection is the modern version of the classic urban townhome. Priced from the mid-$500,000s, the three floor plans -- the Borocco, Redondo and Alava -- range from 2,736 to 2,796 square feet. These three- and four-bedroom homes have top floor master suites with covered balconies.
The Castellos Collection introduces the builder's mansion homes. Each mansion design will contain four, two-bedroom condominium homes ranging from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet. Priced from the mid-$300,000s, the two-story floor plans are the Vicco, Malta, Forli and Terni.
A resident's community center with clubhouse, fitness center, two pools and picnic area will anchor the five collections.
The new sales office within Inspirada is located off Via Firenze Road. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

When completed, the master-planned community will offer 20 miles of trails and 300 acres of parks. The first village, Solista, will feature a 5-acre park with community center, playgrounds, parks and swimming pools.
