Rhodes Homes' The Villas nears closeout in southwest

The Villas neighborhood by Rhodes Homes in the southwestern valley has only a few homes remaining for sale, according to sales agent Tony Shelton.

"The Villas detached home community has been one of the most popular new-home communities in the highly desirable southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley," Shelton said.

"Due to the popular pricing, and premier location ... these homes now are in limited supply."

Three two-story floor plans are offered.

One home measures 1,856 square feet and features a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath design with a loft. It is priced from the high $180,000s.

A three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath model measures 2,024 square feet. It features a great room and dining room, as well as an upstairs master suite. A second suite is optional. The home is priced from the low $190,000s.

Another home measures 2,400 square feet and has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, family room, formal dining room and upstairs laundry room. One bedroom may be converted into a retreat off the master bedroom. The home is priced from the low $200,000s.

In each plan, two of the bedrooms may be converted to an expanded bonus room.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and go west, following the signs.

The model homes and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
