Solera at Anthem opens for presales
Del Webb opened Solera at Anthem for presales last weekend. More than 200 people visited the age-qualified neighborhood located within the Anthem master-planned community in Henderson. "This is a neighborly community of approximately 400 acres. These home plans reflect the tradition and lifestyle buyers expect of a Del Webb home," sales manager R. Wayne Wermuth said. "Del Webb has an excellent reputation. We like the idea of an age-qualified, controlled environment, and all the amenities offered," said longtime Las Vegas resident Ann Turnbull, who visited along with her husband, Peter. While not yet retired, Peter Turnbull said moving to the community will make the transition easier. "I'm looking forward to convenient access to golf, the clubs, the whole package." Proposed amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, club and hobby rooms, billiard tables, tennis courts, computer and craft rooms, and bocce. Four designs, priced from $167,600 to $216,300, are offered. The Lewis plan measures 1,140 square feet and has two bedrooms, two baths and a great room. The Clark floor plan, which measures 1,242 square feet, has three bedrooms, two baths, and living and dining rooms. An optional den may be selected in lieu of the third bedroom. The Whitney plan measures 1,591 square feet and features two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, and a den. Measuring 1,771 square feet, the Franklin plan has three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, and a dining room. All homes will have energy-saving features, including integrated wiring, low-e windows, and a cocoon insulation system that exceed Energy Star requirements. The neighborhood will have 1,750 homes upon completion. To visit the presales office, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to 2246 Somersworth Drive, which is across from a fire station. The office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
