Few homes remain at Seven Hills
The last available new homes in the Seven Hills community are available for sale, including several that offer timely move-in dates. A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the 1,300-acre community is located in the foothills of Henderson's Black Mountain. Upon completion, it will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. One home remains at Richmond American's Encore at Palatine Hill neighborhood. The three-story Lanier design is located on a 7,673-square-foot site. Priced at $403,550, the 2,732-square-foot home features a master suite retreat with a fireplace and deck, and can be ready for move-in by the end of the month. Two homes each remain at the neighborhoods of Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, and Palazzo Monte by US Home. A variety of custom-home sites also are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the sites align the fairways of a golf course and offer city and mountain views. Lots as large as an acre are available. Prices start from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space and most neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin parks and walkways. There are four city parks, which variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
