Visitors laud Anthem's new models
Enthusiasm was high as Del Webb unveiled its new model village featuring 12 designs at Sun City Anthem, an age-qualified community in Henderson. "Nearly 2,500 people shared the experience as we introduced the new models," sales manager Jim Bond said. The new floor plans measure between 1,496 and 3,175 square feet. The largest design, the Charleston is part of the Revolutionary Collection and features dual master bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, a Nevada room and a three-car garage. It is priced from $378,900. The collection also includes the Yorktown, Saratoga and Trenton. Homes are priced from $327,400 to $384,500. The Colonial Collection has three models, the Delaware, Virginia and Carolina, which feature two and three bedrooms with optional dens, great rooms and two-car garages. They are priced from $197,200 to $227,700. Five models -- Madison, Jackson, Lincoln, Montgomery and Columbia -- are offered in the Capital Collection, and are priced from $236,400 to $297,000. Shared amenities include Anthem Center, site of fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
