    America's leader: Summerlin still shines

    Summerlin is again America's best-selling master-planned community, a distinction it has maintained for 10 of the past 11 years. Robert Charles Lesser & Co., a real estate advisory firm, said Summerlin posted 2,634 new-home sales last year, more than 14 percent than the No. 2 community, The Villages in Orlando, Fla., which tallied 2,260 sales. Irvine Ranch in Orange County, Calif., ranked third with 2,080.
