-- Colours Inc. appointed Sarah Echols to the position of design assistant. She is responsible for assisting with design and space plans, creating proposals, client meetings and project management. Previously, Echols served as a purchasing agent for CTI Construction in Hesperia, Calif.

-- Gateway Realty's Sjon Scarborough represented Montecito Crossing in its sale of 40,000 square feet at the southwest corner of Deer Springs Road and Durango Drive to Kopper Keg North, represented by Paul Gargis of Ruthe Realty, for $1.12 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Spence Ballif and Jeff Swinger represented Waterton Desert Shores in the sale of 424 units at 3151 Soaring Gulls Drive to Alliance Realty Partners for $28 million. In another transaction, Donna Alderson and Greg Tassi represented Quaker Corner Partners in a five-year lease of 28,396 square feet at 4545 Cameron St. to Hospitality and Sales for $821,000. Alderson and Tassi also represented the William and Muriel Goldojarb 1988 Revocable Trust in a two-year lease of 29,000 square feet at 3328 Losee Road to PDM Steel Service Centers for $278,000. Lance Robins and Suzette LaGrange represented Shurjoint America in a five-year lease of 21,120 square feet at 4601 E. Cheyenne Ave. from DP Industrial for $340,000. Darren Lemmon represented Lawyers Title of Nevada in a three-year lease of 4,034 square feet at 2755 E. Desert Inn Road to the Desert Inn Office Center Limited for $273,000. Jayne Cayton represented American Nevada Co. in a five-year lease of 1,906 square feet at 2300 Corporate Circle to Cartmill Rogers Construction Co. for $170,000. Cayton again represented American Nevada in its three-year lease of 2,038 square feet at 2300 Corporate Circle to Cartmill Rogers Construction for $105,000. In another transaction, Cayton represented American Nevada in its two-year lease of 1,410 square feet at 2501 N. Green Valley Parkway to Peachtree Special Risk Brokers for $62,000. Cayton also represented Wells Fargo in its three-year lease of 1,422 square feet at 4425 W. Spring Mountain Road to Ruomei Zheng for $93,000.

-- Grubb and Ellis' Bill Hogan represented Imagistics International in its 65-month lease of 7,500 square feet at 6747 Spencer St., Suite A-2, Building A, from Airport Plaza Associates, represented by Pat Marsh of Colliers International, for $504,000.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Richard Luciani, John Mendoza and Jeff Barton represented Flamingo Technology Center in the sale of a 4,990-square-foot office building at 8867 W. Flamingo Road to Howard J. Martel for $902,565. Barton and Bill Walsh represented V.V. Properties in the five-year lease of 1,162 square feet at 3021 S. Valley View Blvd. to Electric Service Professionals for $52,085. Walsh and Dean Willmore represented the Calvin Jensen Family Trust in the five-year lease of 6,307 square feet at 5125 S. Valley View Blvd. to Hair of Nevada for $274,551. Dave Mitchell and Art Farmanali represented both parties in Shades' three-year lease of 9,600 square feet at 7650 S. Industrial Road from Black Bongo for $222,120. Luciani and Barton represented Reliable Health Care Services in the three-year lease of 1,151 square feet at 8871 W. Flamingo Road to Jacobs Civil Engineering for $76,657.

-- American Nevada Co.'s Richard Green represented the company in the three-year lease of 800 square feet at 2600 N. Green Valley Parkway, in Green Valley Plaza, to Gold Dust Smoke Shop for $59,345. In another transaction, Charles Van Geel represented American Nevada Co. in the two-year lease of 5,424 square feet at 2260 Corporate Circle, in Green Valley Corporate Center, to Aiken & Associates, d.b.a. Alpha Realty Services for $184,980.

-- Colliers International's Daniel J. Doherty, Brian Pankratz and Patti Dillon represented Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors of Nevada in its sale of 28,912 square feet at 2057-2077 Maule Ave. to the Carl Ross Living Trust for $2.3 million.
