The Caravella floor plans at Boca Raton, a mid-rise residential project south of the Strip, are two-story condominium homes with private street-side entrances and courtyards.
Floor plans range from 1,094 to 2,413 square feet. Each Caravella unit offers choices of natural stone, tile and wood finishes, as well as crown molding in the living room and master bedroom, tile backsplashes in the kitchen and under-mount sinks.

Most also include walk-in closets, dual vanities in the master baths, low-e windows, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinetry, 12-foot ceilings, washers and dryers, patios and covered balconies, as well as sound control under all hard surfaces and between the homes.
The project, which will feature a 1920s South Florida style, also offers one- or two- bedroom casitas and penthouses.

Boca Raton recently went vertical. Once completed, the project will comprise four mid-rise buildings with 756 homes, a clubhouse, two underground parking structures and 15 acres of landscaping and amenities.
