PurMar's Copperhead Canyons strikes home buyers with features

Local family builder cites 'solid sales' within southwestern Las Vegas Valley neighborhood






PurMar Homes' single-family community Copperhead Canyons is located in the southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, three two-story home designs range from 1,108 to 1,605 square feet and offer two and three bedrooms with 2 1/2 to three baths.

Architectural features that are standard to each home design include three-coat stucco exteriors, concrete tile roofs, choice of front-yard landscaping and irrigation system.

Interior highlights include a 9-foot ceiling downstairs, slate-look tile entry, textured walls and ceilings, on-Q structured wiring and interior laundry room with washer and dryer included.

Kitchens in each floor plan provide custom cabinets with a choice of finishes, energy-saving lighting, ceramic tile countertops, gas range with electronic ignition, multi-function dishwasher and dual-basin porcelain sink with food disposal.

The homes are constructed with Milgard dual-pane windows, weather-stripping on all exterior doors, insulation with R-13 batted walls and R-30 ceilings, and ground-mounted refrigerated air conditioning and gas heating.

Upgraded options include mirrored wardrobe doors, microwave oven, glass tub enclosure, garage door opener and mini-blinds.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit at Blue Diamond Road. Head west to Decatur Boulevard, then go north to Robindale Road. Turn west on Robindale into the community.
