KB Home's Chaco Canyon development features the Anasazi, Bonito and Villas collections within the Mountain's Edge master plan in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Homes at Anasazi range from 2,986 to 3,803 square feet. The five, two-story floor plans offer three to six bedrooms, two to three baths and three-car garages.
Two designs include first-floor master bedrooms. The Cortez offers the option of double master bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The Bonito Collection features nine floor plans, ranging from 1,611 to 2,964 square feet. The homes offer two to six bedrooms, two to three baths and two-car garages.
"Many home shoppers are looking for single-story homes and the Bonito Collection has three single-story floor plans," Snyder said.
The Villas offers seven two-story floor plans ranging from 1,553 to 1,893 square feet. The homes feature three to four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. Selected floor plans include lofts.
"The Villas floor plans are popular with people looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle. The single-family, detached homes feature patio backyards. They're great for outdoor gatherings and don't typically require a lot of landscape maintenance," Snyder said.
The Villas include options such as 9-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom.
Prices at Chaco Canyon start in the mid-$200,000s. All homes are Energy Star and Water Smart compliant.
To visit, take Interstate 15, and exit west at Blue Diamond Road. Proceed five miles, turn left on Buffalo Drive, then left on Starr Avenue and left on Rainbow Boulevard to the community. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
