Rhodes provides golf lifestyles within two communities

Builder features courses at Tuscany, Rhodes Ranch

Currently, Rhodes Homes has two signature master-planned communities under development: Rhodes Ranch and the Tuscany Residential Village, which surround golf courses created by legendary golf course designer Ted Robinson, Jr.

"Ted Robinson, Jr. designs courses that are fast, friendly, and fun for all types of players," said Tom Vold, general manager for the golf clubs at both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany. "They're challenging for great golfers, yet fair for everyone else."

Rhodes Ranch, located in the southwest, and Tuscany, located in Henderson, offer 18-hole, par-72 courses. Both are more than 6,900 yards long. The landscaped courses showcase palm and pine trees, with water features throughout.

Vold noted that the golf courses at Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany "don't have a lot of arroyos and canyons to navigate, so you can have a less than desirable shot but still find the ball. That's a strong point for high-handicap recreational players."

Rhodes Ranch contains 1,350 acres surrounding its golf course. The guard-gated community is currently selling homes in The Collection, Palms Bay and Pacific Mist neighborhoods, ranging from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet.

Prices begin in the $300,000s.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, and then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The Tuscany Residential Village is also guard-gated. Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and over 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are now open. Floor plans include three-story townhomes, single-story homes, two-story homes, three-story homes with lofts, and great rooms with island kitchens. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

To visit, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
