Ryland Homes features neighborhoods within Mountain's Edge

Ryland Homes features five neighborhoods in the Mountain's Edge master-planned community, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The builder is offering a promotion at Mountain's Edge, where buyers can receive a 40 percent discount on payments for one year, plus pay $40 in closing costs.

"We are just a short drive away from great dining and shopping and less than 10 minutes away from the freeway. At the same time, we offer the privacy of being a gated community," sales agent Heather Kuhn said.

"And because Ryland Homes has paid off its SID (special improvement district) fees, we don't pass that charge to the buyer, making it even more affordable to live in a Ryland home at Mountain's Edge," Kuhn said.

Single and two-story floor plans are available at The Augusta neighborhood. The builder considers its Crestone and Cameron neighborhoods to contain more affordable housing.
