Lennar EI offers Antelope near Providence

Lennar's Antelope neighborhood, located adjacent to Providence, a master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, provides single-family homes that contain energy conservation features as well as the builder's Everything's Included amenities.

"Antelope is also an Energy Star-certified community," sales agent Norma Edwards said.

"It's great for the environment and rewards every homeowner with energy efficiency and cost savings that make a home less expensive to operate year-in and year-out."

Four two-story plans are available. Prices start from the $200,000s.

The Roan measures 1,302 square feet, and contains two bedrooms, loft, great-room layout, 2 1/2 baths, and a one-car garage with a 10-foot-by-18-foot slab for additional parking.

Measuring 1,540 square feet is the split-level Eland, which contains a great room, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

The master bedroom and bath are located on the upper floor, with bedrooms two and three situated on the lower floor.

The 1,578-square-foot Sable is accented by a recessed entry set at an angle, and contains three bedrooms, loft, and a one-car garage with the additional parking slab. Two master bedroom suites each feature an interior bath.

The Impala measures 1,775 square feet and contains three bedrooms, loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

The ground floor features the main living areas, with the bedrooms and a loft on the second floor.

Homes in the builder's Everything's Included program include granite countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry, stainless steel sinks and an appliance package that includes a range, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator. Also included are a washer and dryer and 2-inch faux wood blinds for all windows in the home.

Other features include a ceramic-tile entry, upgraded carpet padding and decorative exterior coach lights with photocells.

Community amenities include a gated entry, pool and spa, and a resident's clubhouse.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn west to Frontage Road (Oso Blanca), then north to Severance Lane, west to Grand Canyon Drive and turn right. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
