Lennar Everything's Included plans to celebrate the grand openings of the Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen neighborhoods this weekend. Both are located within the Providence master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Providence is located at Hualapai Way and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and features views of the Spring Mountains.
The home contains amenities such as granite countertops, kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, washer and dryer, window coverings, and front yard landscaping.
Arbor Ridge features four two-story homes. Each contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Prices start from the $200,000s.
The Willow measures 1,450 square feet and contains an open great room on the first floor with an L-shaped kitchen.
Measuring 1,621 square feet is the Laurel, which features a split-level design with a raised-staircase entry. A covered porch entrance opens to a foyer landing with steps that lead to the home's great room and kitchen.
Upstairs is the master suite and master bath, den/study and guest powder room. The downstairs features a game room, two secondary bedrooms, full bath and direct access to the garage.
The 1,686-square-foot Cypress is also built as an open, great room floor plan for the main living space, with the master suite and two secondary bedrooms on the second level.

Hampton Glen also offers four two-story homes, ranging from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet. Prices start from the $300,000s.
The 1,823-square-foot Westport and 2,161-square-foot Kingsbury floor plans also feature a balcony off the master suite and a covered patio.
The builder also features the Barrington neighborhood, offering five floor plans ranging from 1,503 to 2,697 square feet and priced from the $300,000s. Also available is the Westminster, which features residences measuring from 3,131 to 4,481 square feet and priced from the $500,000s.
Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen are Energy Star-certified subdivisions.
To visit, take the Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit at Hualapa going north. Turn left on Elkhorn Road to Egan Crest Way, then right on Egan Crest Way to Arbor Ridge. For Hampton Glen, continue on Elkhorn to Shaumber, turn right and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
The community's model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when the close at 3 p.m.
