Pulte features four designs at Cortona Hills

In its Cortona Hills neighborhood within the Villages of Southern Highlands community, Pulte Homes is offering three new floor plans in addition to its signature 2320 plan.

One- and two-story homes are offered at the southwestern valley neighborhood, ranging from 2,320 to 3,910 square feet and priced from $219,990. The plans offer three to five bedrooms and options for lofts, game rooms, libraries, exercise rooms and wine cellars.

Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said the neighborhood's most popular model is the Marsala, which is among the homes available for immediate occupancy.

"Our commitment to providing new and innovative floor plans can be seen in our most popular model, the Marsala plan, with 3,910 square feet of living space," Whatley said.

"Home buyers at Cortona Hills are not only impressed with the variety of floor plans and room options, but the quality and quantity of features that are included in the cost of the home, especially the energy-efficiency package."

The home designs have acquired the Engineered for Life Platinum Series guarantee for energy efficiency. They include ground-mounted air-conditioning units, gas heat, blown-in insulation and a 10-year transferable warranty.

Other features include a structured-wiring package, garage door opener, patio cover and slab, security system prewiring, and front-yard landscaping.

Interiors feature 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9-foot ceilings on the second floor; ceramic-tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, baths and laundry rooms; raised-panel doors; a sink and cabinets in the laundry room; fireplaces; and prewiring for ceiling fans.

Kitchen features include cabinets with roll-out trays and adjustable shelves, crown molding, gas cook tops, dishwashers and microwaves.

The Tuscany-theme community features private parks, trails, small lakes, sites for future schools, and tree-lined streets.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, head west to Decatur Boulevard and go south, following the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Pulte Homes is also offering single- and two-story homes at Siena Vista in the Villages of Southern Highlands. The neighborhood offers six floor plans, ranging from 1,418 to 2,665 square feet, and is priced from $150,990. The homes offer three to five bedrooms, bonus room and den options, two- or three-car tandem garages, and motor courts (per plan).
