Perma-Bilt exec touts Belle Crest's locale

With four floor plans available and prices starting from the $150,000s, sales are in full bloom at Perma-Bilt Homes' Belle Crest, according to sales and marketing executive Ruth Ochoa.

"Belle Crest offers great family floor plans, as well as a location within a quiet, well-planned community with lots of recreational opportunities and views of nearby mountains to the west and north, and a view of the Las Vegas skyline to the east," Ochoa said, pointing out that more than 220 homes have been sold in the neighborhood in two years.

Belle Crest is located within the builder's Shadow Hills community in the northwestern valley.

The Belle Ridge and Belle Cliff are single-story plans with two-car garages. The Belle Ridge measures 1,362 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, a country kitchen, living room and family room, while the 1,637-square-foot Belle Cliff has three bedrooms, a library, two baths, an island kitchen with nook, family room, living room and dining room.

The two-story Belle Monte can be built with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths or with five bedrooms and three baths in 2,236 square feet. A tandem three-car garage with space for a workshop is standard.

Also a two-story design, the Belle Crest measures 2,363 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths or five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The home can also be built with a loft, retreat or bonus room and has a tandem three-car garage.

All residents have access to the Shadow Hills Club, a 4,500-square-foot facility with a weight room, an aerobics area and locker room as well as an entertainment area with big-screen television, fireplace and kitchen.

Additional amenities include a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, saunas, a basketball court and putting green.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and head west. The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
