Final townhomes available at Corte Madera

The opportunity for low interest rates and last year's pricing still exists at Corte Madera townhomes, a Perennial Homes development in North Las Vegas.

Sales agent Tony Lucero said the homes are "going fast, because only $1,000 is needed to move you in and start you towards homeownership."

"Home buyers who missed the great low-rate and low-price environment last year are excited to find out that Corte Madera's last year's pricing makes us the best home value in town with full 10-year residential warranties and one-year wall-to-wall comprehensive builder warranties," Lucero said. "However, I really encourage buyers to check us out today, because ... we anticipate a sold-out community in 30 days."

Buyers can choose from two floor plans, both of which are two-story designs with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The Mesa Verde plan measures 1,226 square feet and comes with a two-car garage. It is priced from $105,990. The Sedona measures 1,230 square feet and includes an attached one-car garage. This plan is priced from $98,990.

Each home includes a refrigerator, washer, dryer, window coverings, security system and garage door opener.

Shared amenities include a pool and recreation center.

To visit, take Rancho Drive to Lake Mead Drive and turn east. Proceed to Simmons Street, head south to Coran Lane then go east, following the signs.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
