Location key for Tuscano buyers

Location is a key element for buyers at Tuscano Condominium Homes in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, according to sales agent Debra Worth.

"Tuscano is in a wonderful area of the valley that is filled with growth, beauty and the type of lifestyle that many people are looking for in Las Vegas," she said.

Tuscano offers five floor plans with prices starting in the high $140,000s.

The Merano floor plan is 700 square feet and includes one bedroom and one bath. The Biella is 775 square feet and also has one bedroom and one bath. Sorrento has 938 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths. The Verona plan has 1,024 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths. Savona is the largest plan with 1,156 square feet and has three bedrooms and two baths.

"Our Verona plan has become popular with many people," Worth said. "They seem to really like the way the layout offers a split-plan design with the bedrooms being located at opposite ends of the condo.

"The large walk-in closets are always popular with buyers as well. Some of our plans even have them in each one of the bedrooms."

Interior features in each plan include natural oak cabinetry, all appliances, stainless steel sink, laminate counter tops, breakfast bar, kitchen pantry, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, vanity with drawers, full-size washer and dryer, storage room, and private balcony or patio.

Select plans offer 9-foot vaulted ceilings, dual sinks in master bath, walk-in closets in each bedroom, and tile surround in master bath.

"A quick and easy way that buyers can increase the value of their home is through the options packages that are offered," Worth said.

"Going with granite counter tops is a popular choice that people will likely never regret."

Resident amenities include a gated entry, putting green, business center, clubhouse with media lounge and kitchen, swimming pool and spa, and fitness center.

Garages and covered parking are also available.

"One look at the grounds at Tuscano and buyers and visitors alike can appreciate how well maintained and beautiful the landscaping is," Worth said. "The lush green grass, palm trees and area views are a welcome oasis in the desert."

To visit the property, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard then go north to Sunset Road.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
