Buyers extol Pulte's structured wiring system
Structured wiring by Leviton Integrated Networks is a standard feature in every Pulte home, an item that so impressed Kristen Rymer and fiancé Geoff Hawkins that they bought a new home at Echo Ridge in Summerlin. "We were really impressed with all of the added extras that came standard with our new Pulte Home," Rymer said. "The structured wiring that they include is wonderful, and we don't have to worry about call waiting or a second phone line to use our computer. The connection is very fast." The system is installed during the construction process and handles telephone, FAX, high speed Internet access, cable modem, and satellite and digital television. Rymer was also impressed by the builder's customer service, which includes allowing buyers to check on their home while it is under construction. It was during one of these visits that Hawkins got down on one knee and proposed to Rymer. "This home will definitely hold special memories for us," Rymer said. "Not only did Pulte bend over backwards to accommodate us, but we are really pleased with all of the things that came standard with our home." Echo Ridge offers five floor plans, ranging from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet. The various features include courtyards, circular dining nooks and rotundas. Prices range from $231,990 to $269,990. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive and go north. Proceed to Desert Inn Road, then head west across the interstate and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is currently developing 12 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
