Pardee's Fontana releases new phase

Pardee Homes has released a new phase of eight homes at its Fontana neighborhood in the Eldorado Highlands community in North Las Vegas, according to company sales director Rob Tuvell.

"Fontana features elegant family living in one of the newest and best neighborhoods in Eldorado," Tuvell said. "There are few communities in the Las Vegas Valley that are as close-knit and popular as Eldorado."

All of the homes feature Energy Star-designated features designed to save at least 30 percent on heating and cooling costs.

The four one- and two-story homes range from 1,593 to 2,712 square feet and are priced from $151,450 to $211,450.

The single-story Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage. Options include a nursery off the owner suite, and dual owner suites. There is also an option for a three-car garage.

Plan Two, a single-story home measuring 1,979 square feet, includes three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage. A fourth bedroom, den or dining room is optional.

At 2,349 square feet, the Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, three baths, and a two- or three-car garage.

Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with a bonus room in as much as 2,712 square feet. It also has a three-car garage. A loft or as many as five bedrooms are possible.

The Eldorado Highlands model park features 12 model homes on an elevated location near Seastrand Park in North Las Vegas. Models are also on display for the Talavera and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

Eldorado Highlands is the northernmost portion of Eldorado, a community that includes a fire station, elementary school, the 9-acre Eldorado Park, the 23-acre Seastrand Park and a series of neighborhoods.

To visit, go north on Camino al Norte from Craig Road until it becomes Camino Eldorado, and keep going north. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
