Anthem Country Club offers `concept homes'
Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club in Henderson is offering a limited number of "concept homes" for sale with substantial savings before March 31, according to Steve O'Connor, vice president of sales and marketing. "Concept homes are prototype homes for our upcoming 2002 Edition," O'Connor said. "We have integrated the most desired floor plan features adding new refinements and architectural detailing. The result is a new generation of home styles." Such homes range from about 1,600 to 5,000 square feet and offer options such as casitas, bonus rooms, teen rooms and libraries. Reduced prices, starting from $227,100, and additional incentives are available. Twenty floor plans in four collections are featured at the guard-gated country club. They measure from 1,275 to 5,800 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Custom-home sites are also available. Social membership is included with purchase and provides unrestricted access to the community's dining and athletic facilities. A calendar of social events for all ages is planned. The community's athletic club and salon features workout equipment, a full-service salon and spa, tennis courts, resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, child-care facility, aerobics classes, and personal trainers. Residents may also play on the community's championship golf course. Equity and executive (nonresident) golf memberships are available at the 7,300-yard, par-72 course. Anthem Country Club is part of the 4,800-acre Anthem master-planned community, which the developer is building in the foothills of the southern area of Henderson. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and proceed about three miles south of St. Rose Parkway. The models and sales center are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
