Easter Bunny hops into Seven Hills

The public is invited to bring their cameras to the Seven Hills community in Henderson for an early photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny this Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the community's sales and information pavilion.

Sponsored by Silver Canyon Partnership and the Seven Hills Builders, the free event will feature goodie bags for the kids, while supplies last, and lots of fun photos with the Easter Bunny.

The sales and information pavilion is located at 1021 Seven Hills Drive and may be reached by taking Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, traveling south to St. Rose Parkway and then west to Seven Hills Drive.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the 1,300-acre Seven Hills community is located in the foothills of Black Mountain and will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes. Plans for the community include 25 neighborhoods, landscaped open space, and miles of trails and walkways. City and neighborhood parks offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic facilities, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

Dozens of models are available in several neighborhoods and are priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, with some offering views of a nearby golf course, the city and mountains.

Neighborhoods open for sales are Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.
