Terra West provides array of services

Among the services provided by Terra West Property Management are assisting the community boards with their budgets, preparing monthly financial statements, attending and keeping the association's meeting minutes, collecting dues, and enforcing the CC&Rs.

In addition, a property inspector is assigned to each community, which he or she visits on a regular basis to ensure that the common areas are maintained and that residents are in compliance with the rules and regulations. The staff also addresses property improvement issues with the owners.

The company was established in 1979 by Katherine Grimes and Deborah Jones. Locally, it currently manages 158 community associations within master-planned communities, sub associations, planned unit developments, condominium and townhome developments, and business parks. Terra West also manages more than 800 residential rental properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
