Miami-based Romero Britto, the pop artist who partnered with Cirque du Soleil in the Super Bowl XLI pre-game show, was on hand to present some of his framed art.

Britto has worked with project developer, Cabi Developers, on its Miami projects and has been commissioned to produce a sculpture at the project's entrance.

A drawing for three of the artist's pop-art pieces was the highlight of the event that included performances by local saxophonist Rocky Gordon and his jazz ensemble, the Killer Group Band.

Vice President of D evelopment Misha Mladenovic said the project follows in the developer's Miami tradition of building all-inclusive mid-rise projects where people can balance their work, play, retail and home lives.

The company's U.S. projects include Parc at Turnberry Isle and Country Club Center in Aventura, Fla. and Everglades on the Bay and Capital at Brickell in Miami.

Floor plans range from 828 to 1,478 square feet, in 10 designs offering one- and two-bedroom options. Each residence includes a balcony or courtyard.

Stainless steel appliances, European-style custom cabinetry, double master bath sinks and washer and dryer are standard. Many floor plans offer split bedrooms and built-in computer desk. All residences include home automation and security system with optional audio and video components.

Community amenities include fitness center, restricted access and gated underground parking, outdoor amphitheater, professional property management, Wi-Fi in common areas, two pools lined with cabanas, cold- and warm-water spas, putting green, rooftop sundeck and a fire pit and a clubhouse with massage room and business center.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Rainbow Boulevard exit going north. It is on the northwest corner of Rainbow and Sunset Road at 6475 S. Rainbow Blvd., Ste. 102 in the Rainbow Sunset Pavilion.
