Young married couple moves into their first new home
Newlyweds Brian and Laurel Ungren recently moved into their first home in the Liberty at Huntington home Collection in KB Home's Huntington neighborhood.
"This is a pretty community," Laurel Ungren said. "The tree-lined streets with the mountain backdrop are impressive enough, but then add the walking trails, unique street lamps and the exterior designs of the homes and you're bound to fall in love with this place."

KB Home's Huntington development is located a short drive from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and Durango intersection in the southwest.
"The 215 (Beltway) is just right there. We can jump on and go wherever we need to go. Plus, there are plenty of new grocery stores, restaurants and shopping areas very close by," Laurel said.
The couple said they visited several new communities looking for the right fit before finding Liberty at Huntington.
"We looked all over the valley, but preferred the southwest," Brian Ungren said. "When we visited Liberty at Huntington, it was nice to find something in an area we wanted that we could afford.
The Ungrens purchased the 1,298-square-foot Declaration floor plan and are now busy putting their own personal touches on their new home.
"I love that I can paint the rooms any color I want and do things that bring in my own personal style," Laurel Ungren said.
"I love coming home and knowing it is our home," Brian Ungren said.
Liberty at Huntington features eight two-story floor plans ranging from 1,267 to 1,608 square feet.
The homes offer two to four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and one-car garages.
Prices start in the low $200,000s.
To visit, from the Southern I-215 Beltway, exit Durango Drive heading south. Turn right on Warm Springs Road, left on Fort Apache Road and right on Huntington Cove parkway.
The sales office is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
