West 57th's 2255 Residence appeals to growing families
Rhodes Homes' design offers extra bedroom at the downstairs
West 57th Residence 2255 has plenty of space and features that appeal to larger families, especially those with older children, according to Linda Peraldo, sales associate for Rhodes Homes.
"The extra bedroom downstairs is perfect for a teenager, in-law or guest, and the home is large enough for each family member to live in comfort and have privacy," Peraldo said.

The 2255 model, named for its square footage, is a four-bedroom, three-bath home with a great-room layout, island kitchen and dining room.
In addition to the first-floor bedroom and across-the-hall bath, there are three bedrooms upstairs.
The 2255 features a loft, which can be optioned into a fifth bedroom, walk-in storage area under the stairs and walk-in closet off the master bath.
Standard features include ceramic tile countertops, recessed lighting in the kitchen and prewiring for an alarm system.
Additional standards include interior doors with raised panels and chrome lever handles and ceiling fan prewiring in select rooms. The exterior offers a barbecue stub in the backyard. Additional flooring, paneling and cabinetry designs may be optioned.
The homes meet Energy Star ratings with blown-in cellulose insulation, Milgard low-e vinyl windows and programmable thermostat.
The development is one of the builder's smallest with 32 homes. Models will become available for potential buyers to view later this year. Prices start in the high $200,000s.
Rhodes Homes has developed master-planned communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley, such as Rhodes Ranch in the southwest and the Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson.
