Lennar's Marble Canyon nears closeout within Mountain's Edge
The final seven luxury residences at Lennar's Marble Canyon within Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, are nearly complete.
Some homes are ready to house residents, said sales agent Donna Jones.

"Currently, we have all of our two-story floor plans represented in this final selection, and the model homes will be offered for sale in the near future," Jones said.
Marble Canyon is a collection of residences of up to five bedrooms and four baths within a gated setting. Designs range from 3,143 to 4,017 square feet all with three-car garages and paver stone drives and walkways.
As a Lennar Everything's Included neighborhood, Marble Canyon homes include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 42-inch maple cabinetry with crown molding, home prewiring for phones, cable and ceiling fans, plus CAT5 (E) Smart Wiring with main hub center.
The homes are priced from the $500,000s.
The 3,143-square-foot Opal is a two-story design with four bedrooms, a main-floor den that opens to the backyard and a downstairs full bath. A covered patio area opens from the family room. Built-in buffet-height cabinetry accents the informal dining nook off the kitchen.
The home also provides a formal living room and dining room. The master bedroom with retreat is situated at the upstairs with private fireplace. The retreat opens onto a balcony. A bonus room is located adjacent to the bedrooms.
The Amethyst is a 3,412-square-foot, two-story home with five bedrooms and four baths. The floor plan includes a bedroom and full bath on the main level and a covered patio that extends the width of the home.

The Sapphire is a five-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home of 3,677 square feet, highlighted by a bonus room with balcony. The master suite is located on the main floor of a great-room design which includes a formal dining room with butler's pantry.
