Priced from the $320,000s, Glendale features two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,850 to 2,400 square feet with three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths.

"Not only is the location great, Glendale has a really nice atmosphere. We have a planned common area that will sit right in the middle of the neighborhood. And the homes are beautiful, featuring stone veneers, wrought-iron detailing and flexible floor plans with several attractive features," sales agent Sharon Dudley said.

Priced from the $320,000s the Cliffstone offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor features a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom and full bath. Upstairs, is the master suite, two secondary bedrooms, laundry room and tech center.

The Pebble Stone and Ledgestone include four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Both plans offer an optional loft.

The Ledgestone offers a fifth bedroom in lieu of the formal living room. The 2,150-square-foot Pebble Stone is priced from the $330,000s. The 2,200-square-foot Ledgestone includes a covered balcony off the master suite and is priced from the $340,000s.

The largest floor plan is the Cobblebrick, at 2,400 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths. Priced from the $360,000s, the home includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. One bedroom is available as an optional loft.

To visit Glendale, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Decatur and go north. Continue past Grand Teton, and the models will be on the left side of the street. For more information, call 513-6241.

Homes in Brentwood Grove are priced from the $330,000s. The neighborhood features two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three baths in 2,350 square feet.

"Brentwood Grove is a charming 55-home community set in a beautiful, growing residential area. Our homes are very distinctive, with some elevations offering stone exteriors, balconies, porches and decks. The neighborhood also has a nice green area with benches for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings," sales agent Suzanne Clark said.

The three floor plans available are the Willow, Birch and Empress.

Priced from the $330,000s, the 2,050-square-foot Willow offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft, tech center and two-car garage with storage area. "This home is very inviting, with an attractive circular entry leading into a formal dining room," Clark said. Priced from the $340,000s, the Birch has three bedrooms, three baths, study and loft in 2,150 square feet.

The study and loft can be selected as optional bedrooms, allowing the home to include up to five bedrooms.

The master bedroom suite offers dual sinks in the master bath and two walk-in closets. The design offers an optional patio off the family room.

Priced from the $360,000s, the Empress is the largest floor plan, with four bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room in 2,350 square feet. The dining room offers an optional fifth bedroom.
