HELP Las Vegas' first two housing developments are: St. Vincent HELP (which opened in 1999) and The HELP Las Vegas Veterans Apartments (which opened in 2001), formerly known as Bonanza View Apartments. Both delivered affordable housing for a rapidly increasing homeless population.
The land for HELP Las Vegas Plaza at 1455 N. Main St. was provided by the city of Las Vegas.
The first phase was completed in November 2006. Phase II, in the design phase, and Phase III together will add another 125 units by late 2008.
