Six plans featured at Palm Hills

Residents of Palm Hills, a Rhodes Homes neighborhood in Henderson, have the best of both worlds, according to sales agent Carol Friedlund.

"Palm Hills features the variety of scenery available in the Black Mountain area," Friedlund said. "Homeowners especially love the rolling hills of the community. It's a dramatic change from the flat terrain of most of the valley."

Two series of homes are featured, and offer a combined six single- and two-story floor plans.

Gold Collection homes measure from 1,530 to 2,640 square feet. They can be built with three to six bedrooms and two to three baths.

Homes are priced from the mid-$180,000s to the high $220,000s.

Platinum Collection floor plans range from 2,055 to 4,005 square feet. They offer three to five bedrooms, two to 3 1/2 baths, and two- or three-car garages.

Homes are priced from the high $200,000s to the low $300,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, head west to Horizon Ridge Parkway, turn south and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
