Homes available at Wyeth Ranch

Pulte Homes has homes available for immediate move-in at Wyeth Ranch, its new ranch-style neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas.

"The northwest is booming and now is the time to purchase a new home in this growing, popular area. Homes are available for immediate move-in and there are four models for home buyers to view," sales manager Jeff Galindo said.

Five single-story floor plans offer three or four bedrooms, with an option for a fifth bedroom. Additional features include courtyards and three- or four-car garages.

Designs range from 2,616 to 3,816 square feet and are priced from $340,990 to $412,990.

A 2616 plan is among the homes available for immediate occupancy. The 2,616 square-foot design has three bedrooms, a den, great room with fireplace and media niche, dining room that opens to a second patio, and kitchen with an island sink. The master suite features a walk-in closet, garden tub and separate shower. It is priced at $387,236.

Also available is a 3064 plan that measures 3,064 square feet. The five-bedroom home has a circular entry that leads to the living and family rooms, kitchen with a bar, and courtyard.

Its master bathroom features a walk-in closet, garden tub, and separate shower. The home has upgraded kitchen appliances. It is priced at $413,555.

The 3591 plan, priced at $422,635, has five bedrooms. The 3,591-square-foot home also features a formal living room, courtyard, upgraded bathroom fixtures, upgraded appliances, and a covered patio.

Standard features in all homes within the neighborhood include upgraded cabinets and counter tops in the kitchens; upgraded tile and carpet; and prewiring for high-speed Internet access, audio and security systems.

The homes have the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology that includes 2X6 exterior framing that allows for additional insulation helping to reduce energy costs.

Neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park with basketball courts and a gazebo.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Centennial Parkway exit, and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, turn left and follow the signs to Elkhorn Road. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
