Symphony units ready for buyers

Condominiums priced from the low $90,000s are available at Symphony, a southwestern valley development at Durango Drive and Sahara Avenue, east of Interstate 215.

"Symphony homeowners are telling us that they (are) pleased that there are still (such) communities available in Las Vegas," said Tawnya Rosenthal, a project spokesperson. "Add in all of the extra tropical-style amenities and they are amazed at the value."

Buyers can choose from four floor plans.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Concierto model measures 720 square feet and is priced from the low $90,000s.

Two plans containing two bedrooms are also available. The Opus, with two baths and 960 square feet, starts from the high $110,000s. The Sonata model, with two baths and 1,121 square feet, is priced from the high $120,000s.

The three-bedroom Allegro model features two baths and 1,253 square feet. It is priced from the high $130,000s.

Poolside homes and first-floor residences are available for an additional price.

Each home includes raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops and surrounds.

The sales and information center is located at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121.
