Southern Highlands plans open
New homes are available in more than a dozen neighborhoods being developed by several builders within the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley. Among the builders is Southwest Homes, which is constructing Ansedonia. "We are really excited with the sales success at Ansedonia," Todd Slusher, president, said. "The community offers appealing models and a range of amenities, all in the beautiful and much-desired location of Southern Highlands." Slusher said 64 homes have been sold since the gated neighborhood debuted last August. Six floor plans are available, and each showcases a two-story design with Tuscan/Mediterranean-style architecture. Two plans feature three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a loft and a two-car garage. The first is the Palermo, a 1,478-square-foot home priced at $220,990; the second is the Cecily, a 1,516-square-foot home priced at $229,990. Four designs feature three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a loft, an optional fourth bedroom and a two-car garage.
