Bella Vita's amenities touted
Bella Vita condominiums in the southwestern valley is providing its buyers with features that are sometimes considered optional. "Our home buyers don't receive the standard oak cabinetry and tile counter tops found at other communities," said Tawnya Rosenthal of Performance Marketing. "They are instantly upgraded to ... maple cabinetry and granite counter tops at no extra charge. We wanted our homeowners to have the best amenities without having to worry about coming up with extra upgrade money." Additionally, they include a ceiling fan in the dining room and window coverings. More than 300 of the 1,440 units have been reserved, according to Rosenthal. Five floor plans are available. The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo design offers 720 square feet, a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the low $90,000s. Offering two bedrooms and one bath is the 816-square-foot Sera design, which is priced from the low $100,000s. The two-bedroom, two-bath Luna design measures 978 square feet and is priced from the mid-$120,000s. Three-bedroom plans are the Solé, which has two baths and measures 1,198 square feet, and the Terra, which has three baths and measures 1,444 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$140,000s and the mid-$150,000s, respectively. Poolside homes and second-floor units are available for an additional price. The complex is located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard. To visit the sales office at 5720 S.
