Gold Nugget seeks entries

PCBC 2004 has invited entries for the Gold Nugget Awards, which honors residential and commercial projects from 14 Western states and Pacific Rim countries.

Entries are accepted in 47 categories for projects open for sale or lease after January 2003.

Residential categories include attached and detached production homes for sale, custom designs, affordable communities, seniors housing, apartments, and mixed-use and remodeled houses.

Commercial and industrial categories cover public- and private-use facilities, hotels and resorts, entertainment complexes, offices, and renovated and rehabilitated structures.

Award of Merit and Grand Award winners will be recognized June 17 in San Francisco during the PCBC conference.

Fees and applications are due by April 2; entries must be submitted by April 9.
