Another of the four 40-story towers that will comprise the Turnberry Place luxury condominium development on Paradise Road is now complete. Sales are under way for the final tower, which has a fall construction start date. Ten floor plans are available, priced from $530,000 to $5.9 million. Residents receive membership to the private Stirling Club, as well as limousine, concierge, room and valet service. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of two of the towers in the sales pavilion at 2777 Paradise Road. The office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
