Lennar's Bel Etage to host entertainment

Bel Etage, a neighborhood by Lennar DS, presents homes ready for move-in, according to Vicki Zoot, marketing director for the company.

The gated neighborhood, located within the Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas, will host live entertainment today from 2 to 4 p.m.

"There is one word that describes Bel Etage's homes: inspiring," Zoot said. "These exquisite homes are an amazing haven for relaxation and they have everything you could ever wish for."

Single- and two-story homes at the neighborhood range from 3,118 to 4,483 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to four baths, and three-car garages.

The residences, per plan, include family rooms, living rooms, formal dining rooms, master bedroom retreats, extended game rooms, lofts and dens.

Outside, the homes feature covered patios, porches, verandas and balconies.

The kitchens include amenities such as stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. Other amenities include two-tone interior paint, raised-panel cabinetry, French doors in select homes, six-panel interior doors, foyers, laundry rooms with cabinets and sinks, ceramic-tile flooring and ceiling fan wiring.

Master baths, per plan, come with spa tubs, separate showers with glass enclosures, dual sinks and dual walk-in closets.

The homes are priced from the upper $500,000s.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 (Las Vegas Beltway) East exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, then a left onto the Beltway. Head east to Aliante Parkway, turn left, go to Elkhorn Road and proceed to Bel Etage, which is on the left.

Lennar is one of the nation's largest home-building companies. The company has built more than 600,000 homes throughout the United States since 1954.
