Pacific Properties announces Altessa condominium development in Summerlin

Altessa, a 280-unit condominium development in The Vistas village within Summerlin, will redefine standard amenities, according to Steven Molasky, chief executive of Pacific Properties.

"Altessa will change the way people think of standard amenities," Molasky said. "Every interior feature from the crown molding to the designer lighting fixtures is of exceptional quality. Buyers won't find upgrade offerings at Altessa, every included amenity already tops the style and luxury charts."

Prices are anticipated to start from the high $100,000s. The sales office and models are anticipated to open this spring.

Each unit will include granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, upgraded cabinets, designer lighting and crown molding in the living areas. The interiors will also showcase two-tone paint, upgraded flooring and fixtures, tile surrounds in baths, and stainless-steel refrigerators. Additionally, 9-foot ceilings are included in vaulted, curved and arched styles.

One-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, the largest measuring 1,333 square feet, are planned. Each has a private entry on the first floor.

Molasky said the layout of the development allows for views.
