Ryland provides design varieties

Eight floor plans offer outside patios, courtyards,

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Ryland Homes' newest home designs within the Providence master-planned community, offer architectural finishes such as courtyard, patio and deck options.

"With eight different home designs available, there's a floor plan for every type of buyer," said Catherine Rabajoie, sales agent. "The models are interesting inside as well as on the outside, with architectural details that create 'curb appeal' from all sides, not just from the front."

The builder's Auburn and Bradford neighborhoods at Providence offer two- to three-story homes from 2,071 to 3,099 square feet within the 1,200-acre master-planned community in the northwest ern valley.

Auburn's four home designs are available in three distinct architectural finishes, with great-room layouts, two-level owner's suite with sitting room, and in select plans, a third-story vista room. The four-bedroom, three-bath floor plans include General Electric appliances and walk-in closets. Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s.

Bradford offers four home designs in one- and two-story layouts featuring courtyard areas and patio and deck options.

Floor plans range from three to four bedrooms in up to 3,099 square feet with two-car garage, master suite leading to a private retreat and deck and fifth bedroom and fourth bath option. Prices begin in the mid-$300,000s.

Recreational and commercial opportunities within the Providence master plan include old-fashioned ballparks, jogging paths and tree-lined avenues, in addition to proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

The Promenade, a community park area, will link several neighborhoods throughout and offer a network of pocket parks and trails. The community takes westward exploration in classic American literature as its theme and will host such events as the Providence Children's Literacy Festival.

To tour, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit Hualapai Way North. Head West on Dorrell Lane and south on Shaumber. Turn right on Barnacle Avenue, right on Ditmars Street and right on Sheepshead Bay. Auburn and Bradford model homes are straight ahead. Interactive floor plans of the builder's designs are available at ryland.com. For more information, call 622-1540.
