La Luna has 10 homes left for sale

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Rhodes Homes' Tuscany Residential Village neighborhood La Luna II, based on the home builder's Rhodes Ranch The Collection neighborhood, is almost completely sold out.

Fewer than 10 homes remain, according to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, with two of La Luna II's models, the 2120 and the 2665, completely sold out. The remaining homes have been built out and await final option selections, including flooring, before being ready for occupancy.

"We only had a select amount of La Luna II homes available for sale," Soucie said, "and we knew that they would not last very long. We only have a handful remaining and with opportunities for 30 day move-ins, we expect them to be gone soon."

Residence 2893 and Residence 3042 are the two floor plans remaining.

Residence 2893 offers five bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage. Residence 3042 is a four-bedroom, three-bath design with loft and three-car garage.

Each residence's numerical designation matches the square footage of its two-story floor plan. The homes are available in Spanish Colonial, Tuscan, Andalusian or French Country elevations, depending upon the model selected.

"We brought these floor plans over from The Collection at Rhodes Ranch since their look and feel fit very much in place with what we're offering at Tuscany," Soucie said. "They've allowed us to offer even more options that will ensure buyers will find exactly what they're looking for in a new home."

Sales agents can also take buyers on tours of the homes still remaining for sale.

Special incentives are available on select models throughout the various neighborhoods in the community, with different floor plans in each neighborhood.

Tuscany Residential Village is a gated, golf course master-planned community in Henderson. The elevation of the community offers views of the Las Vegas Strip and the surrounding mountains.

"As the community continues to see more homes built and more residents moving in and calling Tuscany home, the benefits of owning a home here are becoming obvious," Soucie said. "With neighborhoods like La Luna II closing out and standing inventory rapidly disappearing, it's a great time for home buyers to find the home of their dreams."

Seven model home developments, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are now open in the community. The neighborhoods offer three-story townhomes, single-, two- and three-story homes, in addition to three-story homes with lofts, floor plans can include great-room layouts with center island-kitchens.

Prices begin in the low $300,000s.

When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road will loop through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community. The area will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.

At buildout, the master-planned community will also include a small retail complex, Botticelli Market Place.

A 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, is under construction.

To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
