Sun City Anthem plans two new models

Del Webb Corp. will celebrate the debut of two new models from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at its Sun City Anthem model village in Henderson.

The public is invited for the unveiling of The Quincy and The Andover, and can also enjoy refreshments, prizes and live entertainment.

Debbie Truso, the community's design studio manager, said the new models offer a "unique and comfortable" style of living.

"I am excited about The Quincy because it has caramel and spice colors and warm tones, along with patterned flooring and a stainless steel kitchen with granite counter tops. I think this model is the perfect example mixing both traditional with modern to create a home with a striking interior," she said.

"The Andover is simply unique and a must-see because Sun City Anthem has never showcased the Americana country theme before which will feature shades of red, white and blue, along with beige accents. It is truly beautiful."

Buyers can choose from 15 floor plans, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet. Prices range from the high $130,000s to more than $500,000.

The focal point of the community is Anthem Center, which is located on a 20-acre site. It houses numerous resident clubs, a restaurant, and a pool and spa.

Golf course architect Greg Nash and PGA Hall-of-Fame member Billy Casper designed The Revere golf club.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
