Experts help Christopher buyers design homes

Christopher Homes provides many services to home buyers, among them a free consultation with an interior designer, according to Tiffany Sennewald, senior designer for the builder.

"Our design center offers much more than just standard selections and upgrades. We take the time to go over every aspect of the home to ensure that the finished product reflects the high level of quality that is a trademark of Christopher Homes," Sennewald said.

"We feel that since our clients are purchasing high-end homes, the interior design should be just as important as the exterior. Since our clients can choose a residential design and personalize it from an architectural standpoint, they should also receive the same level of service in selecting their interior finishes."

Sennewald said she provides advice on flooring, window and wall coverings, counter top surfaces, color palettes, plumbing fixtures and even the electrical plan.

"We take the time needed to discuss the function of each room and the lifestyle of the buyer to ensure that the finished home will perfectly complement the lifestyle of its owner," she said.

"Generally, these are decisions that homeowners must face by themselves. At Christopher Homes, we ask the important questions early on in the home-building process. The result is a home that will meet or possibly even exceed the highest expectations of the client."

Design options include elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries and wet bars.
