Lennar EI offers homes in the Anthem master plan at Clermont, a neighborhood of single- and two-story floor plans.
The four home designs range from 1,819 to 3,181 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to 3 1/2 baths, and two- or three-car garages. Select homes include family rooms, nooks, living rooms, formal dining rooms, laundry rooms and lofts.

Select floor plans also feature French doors to the rear yards, island kitchens, pantries with adjustable shelves, vanity make-up areas and fireplaces.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway and turn left. Follow the road for a few miles to Bicentennial Parkway and turn left, then left again on Anthem Highlands, and left once again on Democracy Drive.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
