Canyon Springs, a neighborhood by Lennar DS in North Las Vegas, features a variety of floor plans, according to the builder.

The single- and two-story homes range from 1,659 to 3,117 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- or three-car garages. The various plans provide great rooms, dining rooms, nooks, laundry rooms, studies, tech centers, lofts and covered porches.

Amenities include vaulted ceilings, under-stairway storage (per plan), enclosed backyards and desert landscaping.
