Toll Bros. neighborhood features homes with upscale amenities






Toll Bros.' floor plans at its Barcelona neighborhood within the Summerlin master-planned community feature courtyards, traditional room layouts and fireplaces, according to sales agents.

Three models are available and range from 2,600 to more than 3,400 square feet.

Designed around a central courtyard, the Botticelli offers as many as four bedrooms, a foyer and home office. Both the living room and formal dining room may access the courtyard via French doors.

The kitchen features a pantry, double oven, island and a breakfast area, whereas the family room comes with a fireplace and media center. A learning center has a built-in desk area and optional upper cabinets. A 6-foot spa tub, separate shower, dual vanities and a dual-entry, walk-in closet are standard in the master bath.

The Trapani features a European-inspired theme, with its front courtyard leading to the foyer. Highlights of the design include three bedrooms, a morning room, great room with a fireplace and media center, learning center, den, powder room and laundry room.

The island kitchen comes with a pantry and double oven. The master suite features a sitting room and walk-in closet.

The two-story, four-bedroom Bellini also features a courtyard leading to the foyer. Within the home are a formal dining room, great room with a fireplace and media center, island kitchen with a pantry, and a master suite with a media center.

The master bath comes with a walk-in closet, dual-sink vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. One of the secondary bedrooms offers an optional deck while another features niches and a balcony. A covered patio is optional.

Prices for homes in the neighborhood start in the mid-$700,000s.

When completed, the gated neighborhood will feature a private park.

Additional information is available at the nearby Palomar neighborhood. Take the Las Vegas Beltway to Charleston Boulevard, go west to Desert Foothills Drive and turn right. At Desert Sunrise Road, turn left and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
