Quick move-ins await at Granada

Closeout prices and 30-day and early summer deliveries may benefit potential home buyers at Granada, a William Lyon Homes subdivision located within The Paseos village in Summerlin, according to sales agent Maurine Farris.

"There's still time to select a few custom options," she said.

Buyers can choose from four two-story floor plans, while home sites last. Floor plans range from 1,991 to 2,548 square feet in traditional and great-room layouts. Homes offer as many as four bedrooms.

Standard features include kitchens with granite counter tops and island workstations, fireplaces, courtyard entries, and walk-in closets. Master baths feature double sinks, sit-down vanities, oval tubs and separate showers.

Some of the remaining homes have interior courtyards, covered patios, detached casitas and first-floor master bedrooms. Homes with two- or three-car garages are available.

Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

The gated neighborhood includes a park.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at noon.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Charleston Boulevard, go west to Desert Foothills Drive and turn right, then left on Desert Sunrise Road.
